The paint is peeling off the walls in our downstairs toilet. It juts out from the rest of the house.?

It has a flat roof and it is only 1 brick thick. What do I need to apply to walls to make sure it doesn't happen again? The paint is peeling off the walls in our downstairs toilet. It juts out from the rest of the house.?
If I understand you right : Brick wall paint problem? Either redo the inside with studs n sheet rock make sure its insulted. or strip the paint off...n paint with a oil base paint that seals the bricks. The paint is peeling off the walls in our downstairs toilet. It juts out from the rest of the house.?
you need to sand the paint that is peeling off first off all then get a good primer something like kilzs.prime the wall then paint it again.it is the moisture in the bathroom that is making the paint peel can you install some kind of fan in there they are not hard to install.you can go to home depot for the fan.explain to them you need an exaust fan for your bathroom.
You need to waterproof the brickwork on the outside and on the inside. You'll need to get the roof checked as it is prone to leakage.

I would start by laying off the Mexican food! Seriously, prime with a masonry primer. Or wall in the interior.
REMOVE THE SHEET ROCK AND REPLACE IT WITH WATER-PROOF SHEET-ROCK,(GREEN SIDE IN).
