Homeowners insurance cancelled for peeling paint.?

Why would an insurance company cancel your coverage because of peeling paint?Homeowners insurance cancelled for peeling paint.?
Because that PAINT help keeps water out of your house. Peeling paint, means the wood under it can rot, and then your structure rots, and eventually will collapse.

You need to maintain your house. Ask if the insurance company will give you 30 days to paint your house, or get a contract to paint your house, and reinstate after it's painted.Homeowners insurance cancelled for peeling paint.?
It's morale hazard. If the paint is peeling then you're not maintaining the property (i.e., the pipes might burst next, etc.)
homeinsurance.awardspace.us - try this one. Got my home insurance from them. As I know they provide such a service.
