Peeling paint of walls?

I have painted my bedroom walls and half of the walls have peeled right off and the other half has a gummy texture to it..what can i use to remove the rest of the paint before i prime it so i can get a smooth finishPeeling paint of walls?
get some acetone and a couple powerful fans and start scraping away! I remove acrylic paint from windows with acetone- the strongest remover that is affordable and available at ACE hardware. Also- get one of their huge scraper dealies and ask for a contractor discount- it never hurts to ask!

Leave the room every 10 minutes to get air and make sure the room you are scraping is VERY WELL ventilated. Acetone is some serious bologna.

Good luck.Peeling paint of walls?
use a scraper and then sand ur walls before u prime
