We have a garage floor that has been painted/porch/deck paint and it is peeling what can we do to ?

We would like to know what type of paint we can use for it not to peel? Please helpWe have a garage floor that has been painted/porch/deck paint and it is peeling what can we do to ?
I had this problem scraped as much as could off the floor used a preasure washer. The previous owner painted over oil and grease. the paint wouldn't stick. Once I got it clean i painted with a quality paint and have not had a problem since. Except for skid marks from motorcycle. that are hard to remove with a mop.We have a garage floor that has been painted/porch/deck paint and it is peeling what can we do to ?
The paint is pealing because of the moisture coming from the concrete, this will likely be a repeating problem if you keep painting.

Get a high pressure power washer (can rent them if you don't want to buy) and power up all the old paint .

You really want to put down epoxy as that will seal and protect your floor....My fire department had it done and it is also has sand embedded in it to prevent slippery floors when wet.....It takes the wear and tear of the trucks very well and cleans up with soapy water if there is any grease....

I suggest having a contractor do the floor so it is done right and you get a warranty....My FD has a 10 year warranty on the floor.
you can power-wash the old paint off and re-paint if u like or you can tile the floor with linoleum tile or carpet for easy oil and grease cleaning
