depending on where you live....freezing weather will damage paint on concrete due to moisture in the concrete freezing...I need to paint my concrete floor but how? tried once w/ concrete paint and it keeps peeling up?
you should prime it with Drylok first.
prime...then paint with concrete paint
You should try a concrete stain, this may work better than paint.
with well ventilation apply muratic acid to get off any missed oils embeded in the concrete. This will get anything that was missed in preparation. And etch the concrete to let the paint realy stick to the cement .you wash the floor preferebly with a power washer so all of the muratic acid is gone .let the floor air dry well or dry with fans then you can paint your floor best to do it while it's a good hot day(humidity slows and can cause a lot of drying problems ).should definitly not peel up on you at all .
