Dryer is vented to garage; paint peeling inside garage, is this why?

I'm wondering if the dryer should be vented to the OUTSIDE. It gets awfully humid in the garage when we do laundry.Dryer is vented to garage; paint peeling inside garage, is this why?
It is a very bad idea to vent the dryer inside. The exhaust contains heat, moisture, lint, and if it is a gas dryer, carbon monoxide, a dangerous gas. If breathed in high enough concentrations, you could die.

Get that sucker vented outside ASAP. Make sure your vent will not collect rain water - the vent should be shielded somehow.

And yes, the moisture will cause the paint to peel (will also encourage mold growth).Dryer is vented to garage; paint peeling inside garage, is this why?
Without a doubt, you need to vent the dryer to the outside ... for far many more reasons than have already been given.

Just do it.

Good luck.
Yep.
For your own safety, you must vent the dryer to the outside. With the heat and lint, you are inviting health problems far beyond the peeling paint question.
A dryer should always be vented to the outside.

Unless of course you like using your garage as a sauna.
More than likely this is the problem. Humidity that cannot escape will eventually build up and cause all kinds of problems. Paint peeling ,blistering %26amp; molding. You really should consider venting to the outside %26amp; save youself a lot of headaches.
