Use a warm damp cloth and hold it on until the sticker is wet if it is a paper sticker.

Try a hair dryer until warm to touch, maybe it might heat up the glue from the sticker, it may peel off?
The product called ';Desolve-it'; is excellent. Also good for candle wax, gum, etc. Most grocery, hardware stores carry it with cleaning supplies
Get hot water and liquid fabric softener in a spray bottle and spray until fully wet then scrap off with a knife or putty knife.
rubbing alachol works well. try that and see if it works.
